ABOUT US
Who We Are
We are an organization that assists and motivates young people, aged 18 to 40, who are interested in farming. We welcome members with a wide variety of agricultural interests and different degrees of involvement in the industry, from students with an interest in farming, to young people just starting a farm, to established young farmers who wish to expand their operations.

What We Do
NL Young Farmers, in partnership with the Newfoundland and Labrador Federation of Agriculture (NLFA), is working to increase visibility of the association and enhance opportunities for young people in agriculture. We support and nurture the development of successful and profitable young farmers as a key component of a sustainable agriculture sector. We organize activities, deliver public information seminars and workshops, and develop recruitment and promotional materials to provide enhanced services to members and raise awareness of the agriculture industry.
